GARY MANSON - Director

Over 30 years Aviation and Facilities industry experience.
Worked for elite organisations such as Virgin Australia, Qantas as well as the global facility services company ISS Facility Services.
Extremely well respected by both Government and Industry.

Gary is a senior professional with a proven history of successful business excellence, business growth, strategic planning, creating new innovations to reduce risk and enhance business processes at all levels. This has been achieved managing multi-million dollar P& L in complex environments across Australia.

He has gained years of experience throughout his career in various management and operational roles with elite Airline and Security organisations and working closely with regulators. He has also been a successful member on several Aviation and Council Advisory Committees.

He has proven success in the facility services industries of leading performance improvement, development and implementation of corporate services, safety and quality programs, innovations, business intelligence and strategies. This commitment and success has helped drive and support businesses and industry which has enabled Gary to be well-respected by both Government Agencies and industry alike.

He has received awards and been acknowledged for creating and implementing effective change management, risk reduction, audit, investigation, and management frameworks across various levels of business in multiple locations across complex environments. Gary has led a number of software development teams which have gone on to win awards and change risk management processes.

CAROLYN POWELL - Senior Aviation Consultant

Thirty three years Australian Government and Industry experience.
Worked for the Government Regulator, Australian Airlines, and the Global Facility Services company ISS Facility Services and with their affiliated Training organisation Asset Training Australia.
Extremely well respected by both Government and Industry.

Carolyn’s extensive experience over more than three decades, including just over 6 years working with Government as a multi modal Transport Security Inspector, and working in the Aviation Transport Security Industry Sector in various roles began in1987 in Brisbane Airport initially in the role of Aviation Screening Officer progressing to Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Queensland Training Manager then National Training and Compliance Manager.

Carolyn was an active participant in the Competency Based Aviation Screener Training Working Panel made up of selected Industry participants, Airline, Airport and Federal Government representatives working together to write the Initial Training package for Australian Aviation Screeners. Carolyn has worked closely with Canberra and airline and airport security representatives since 1995 and held the position of National Training and Compliance Manager for several years based out of Brisbane.

Previous roles in Aviation Transport Security include working as a Transport Security Inspector for the Office of Transport Security for almost 7 years across all modes within the Department working at and with numerous Australian Airports, the Maritime Industry and Supply Chain (Air Cargo - RACAs) and responsible for assisting Qantas with the installation of their screening equipment and the training on that new equipment for the WCA Screening team.

Carolyn was also the National Training and Compliance Manager with ISS Facility Services. Responsibilities included the management of all Site Training Managers and Co-Ordinators in the training and assessment of the almost 3,000 Screening Officers across Australian Designated and Regional Airports and, on behalf of the Office of Transport Security and Virgin Airlines, assisting Indonesian Airports to achieve and maintain compliance with Australian legislation.

Carolyn's three decades of working in the industry, has included the responsibility for the delivery of quality training to and assessment of the Screening Officers located at 28 airports across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
